Rentals are four days long.
Late returns will incur a fee of $50 per day.
A deposit fee of $150 is required to cover minor repairs for small signs of wear. This fee will be returned if the item is in good condition.
Temporary alterations are available for certain pieces, the cost of alterations is the client's responsibility.
Irreversible or unauthorized alterations and damages will result in a charge for the full retail value of the item.
Orders cancelled 5 days prior to the rental period will result in a full refund, while cancellations less than 5 days before the rental period will result in a credit note for the full rental value.
Payment in full is required when reserving an item, and payment methods accepted include cheques, e-transfer, and cash.
