Our rental process is simple. Browse our collection, select your desired dress or dresses you like, book an appointment (via email or phone), come into our studio (we are based in Rosedale, Toronto) and try on!

Absolutely! We ensure that every dress goes through a thorough professional dry cleaning process before and after each rental to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and quality.

Our stylists are happy to offer several dress options to make sure you are absolutely thrilled with how you look for your special event.

To maintain the integrity of our designer dresses, we must authorize any alterations which must be minor and temporary. For example, a temporary hemline or strap alteration is acceptable.

We understand that accidents can happen. Minor damages, such as small stains or missing beads, are covered by our rental insurance. However, significant damages or irreparable alterations will incur additional fees.

We recommend reserving your dress as early as possible, especially during peak seasons or popular event dates. This ensures you have a wider selection and guarantees availability for your desired dress.

We offer a wide range of designer jewelry and shawls. We don't rent shoes or evening bags currently.

Yes, you can extend your rental period if the dress is available for the desired additional time. Please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you with the extension process.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your rental experience. If you're not pleased with the dress for some reason, please reach out to us within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to find a suitable solution.
